Thanks to its remarkable energy autonomy, it can face long navigations.
It is capable of traveling 500 miles in 24 hours and has proven to be not only fast but also extremely reliable in all sailing conditions.
Inside the aerodynamic deckhouse there is a large kitchen, refrigerators, a navigation area, and even a washing machine.
The attention to every construction detail and the careful production of each part is the mirror of very high quality, oriented towards weight containment and durability over time.
Despite the shapes designed to reduce aerodynamic resistance as much as possible, a lot of design work has been dedicated to obtaining the best ergonomics of use, even with a reduced crew and in challenging weather conditions.
EVERY MANEUVER IS CONTROLLED FROM THE COCKPIT, AND ALL THE CONTROLS ARE WITHIN REACH, EVEN THOSE OF THE OCEANVOLT ELECTRIC MOTORS.
Inside the two narrow hulls, there are four cabins with double beds, large hallways, and two toilets. In the deckhouse there is enough convivial space for several people, an area dedicated to navigation, a large kitchen, and even a washing machine.
The electric propulsion relies on a 14 kWh battery pack, 10 square meters of photovoltaic cells, and a 20 kW double wankel rotor generator weighing just 80 kg, which runs on LPG gas. Removable carbon fiber cylinders are on board. In addition, the two Oceanvolt engines can function as hydro generators when the boat is sailing.
